The Carterville Lions will play their final regular season road game this week as they head to Massac County to face the Patriots in week seven of the IHSA High School Football Season.
The Lions are coming off an impressive week six win last week 28-7 over the Harrisburg Bulldogs improving their record to 4-2. The Patriots are coming off of a 28-0 shutout loss at the Herrin Tigers dropping their record to 1-5 this season.
With a win, the Carterville Lions would pick up their fifth win of the season making them playoff eligible.
