The Carterville Lions Face The Herrin Tigers For The Fourth Time This Season Tonight

The Carterville Lions will be facing their cross county rival the Heron Tigers for the fourth time this evening in SIRR conference play.

Tonight will be the pink out for cancer game for the Herrin Tigers.


Back on December 13, the Herrin Tigers beat the Carterville Lions 56 to 49 in SIRR conference play.


Herrin and Carterville met for the championship of the El Dorado holiday tournament with the Tigers beating the Lions 61 to 50 to win the championship.


Just last weekend, these two teams met in the third place game of the BIT invitational in Benton. The Tigers picked up a 68 to 59 win over the Tigers.
